Antara teaches a workshop on Competitive Intelligence and its impact on the project management, within the framework of the XVI Annual Conference of the Project Management Institute. The concept of Competitive Intelligence will be presented as a tool for deciding on new projects and for improving their resilience. Case studies will also be addressed.
The PMI organizes this year its annual meeting in different locations in Valencia, on November 21 and 22, under the general title of "PROJECT MANAGEMENT: EQUIPING TO THE FUTURE". This meeting aims to contribute to improving the Technology Quotient or Digital Quotient, an established index that marks the ability to adapt, integrate and manage technologies according to the needs of the organization and projects.
Miguel Borràs, CEO of antara, will conduct the workshop on November 21 at 7:10 p.m. The event is open to the registration by non PMI members.
